So, this is the end of the week! This week, I went for some classical (to me) recipes from childhood. Some that were perfect for the really warm weather we have at the moment, the cauliflower salad and the green beans salad.
And some others that are perfect for the cold weather: tofu Bourguignon and vegetarian sauerkraut.
Finally, I gave you 2 dessert recipes (good 365-days!): the strawberry pie and the butter caramel's square.
I hope you enjoyed them!
Next recipe will be on Monday!

French Dressing Sauce (Catalina Dressing)
The Catalina Dressing is a tasty, sweet and sour sauce for salads. Of course, you could buy it at the grocery store but it isn't as good as if you prepare it at home!

Why you should eat less meat
So, obviously, this post is not a recipe. It is only my thoughts about why a person should eat less or no meat at all. Feel free to share your opinion in comment.
There is 3 different reasons why you should try to eat less meat or no meat at all. The first one is because of the animal cruelty that is caused by the meat industry. Second one is for your health and third one is to help the planet. Let me explain them a little more.
