Iced Earl Grey Tea

Another iced tea recipe... Because it's warm outside and it's important to stay hydrated! I've tried to make iced tea with earl grey tea because of the citrus aroma of this tea. With the lemon juice, it's half way between lemonade and iced tea!
Ingredients

  • 4 earl grey tea bags
  • hot water
  • sugar
  • juice from 1 lemon
  • cold water

Boil water to make tea as usual (but very concentrated). You should have enough water to fill half of your jug. In the jug, pour the juice from the lemon and 3-4 tea spoon of sugar. When the tea is dark enough, pour it in the jug and add cold water to fill the other half. Refrigerate for a few hours. If you want to try it right now, fill the other half of the jug with ice instead of cold water.
